Reply:It could be anything... allergies, the sun, contact dermatitis from something in your environment. Try putting some Benadryl spray on it or take a bath with something like Aveeno - it does work. Ice cubes and pressure also work well. Every Spring, my arms itch for a couple weeks. I think it's just seasonal allergies. If you are concerned or if your symptoms get worse, see a doctor.
