Sounds like you should go in to a doctor and see what it is. There may be something you can take to help you. It may also be a reaction to something. I have eczema and it sounds a lot like what you are talking about. It bleeds if you scratch it but you can't help it. I get it when I'm under a lot of stress, or sometimes it seems when I'm around certain animals. There are creams you can put on it, like diaper rash creams and such, read the lables. You can go into CVS or a store like it and they can tell you what to try. There is also a pill you can take that may help. Good luck.
