Reply:antihistamines should really help. polysporin,calamine lotion. since you said it is allergy related antihistamine is my best advise. read the contents before you take them though to make sure that you are not allergic to the contents

Non-vegetarian foods to be avoided until you find some relief. If you are constipated, correct the bowel movements. Your diet should consists of more fruits and salad. Drink sufficient water.
Fluconazole/150mg once a week for 4 week will solve your problem. Drink bitter gourd juice to purify your blood.
