Itching on my skin, when my body temp raises?

I am getting itching on my body and small red rashes on my skin (Chest/Back) when my body temperature increases or when I sneeze continuously or when I work hard. My itching and red rashes go away when my body temperature goes down. But when I get the itching it is not tolerable and I want to remove my dress and take a cold bath.

I went to doctor and he advised me to take FEXOFEADINE, but the medicine is of no help. What will be the reason for this and what should I do to get rid of this problem. Any solution for this will be greatly appreciated.

sounds like heat rash, or a rash caused by allergies does lying on grass make you itch like hell?
Reply:Thanks Lee...But the best answer was from pennee_l. My problem is of more to a dry skin. As this was my first time in asking question in Yahoo, I missed to vote her. Anyway thanks to everybody for answering my question. Report It

Reply:rubbing alcohol it calm down the temperature . I have the same problem with extreme weather.
Reply:You could have Exercise-induced Urticaria (Hives). You could also have a descreased ability to sweat for some reason that is causing you to heat up. Taking antihistamines will decrease your sweating and make you feel hotter. I would get your thyroid checked.
Reply:My 11 year old and I have this problem.

Firstly, the water is too drying on your skin. Go and get a soap-substitute with moisteriser added from the chemist (the assistant will help you find one), and use this whenever you bathe or shower.

Secondly, every day, and straight after it becomes itchy apply a liberal amout of soothing moisteriser (sorbelene is good).

Thirdly, try not to wear nylon against the itchy areas, as this will prolong the agony (I'm not sure why), and change into something lighter such as a loose top if the itchiness is bad.

(I sometimes change twice a day for this reason.)

Oh, and drink plenty of fluids to help hydrate your skin.
