Drinking lots of water helps. And a oatmeal scrub helps. When you have your bath or shower, wrap a half-cup of oatmeal in a net bag and use that to scrub your skin down. It does help.
Reply:a nice oatmeal bath as pp suggested. Medicated lotions. Cold (like the frozen peas in your freezer.) A nice scrub down w/ a loofa. or rubbing alchol.. but it will dry skin a bit.
Reply:I use a moisturized body wash, it helps.
Reply:I've heard a lot of things about menopause, but not itching! But, I guess we could add that...Have you seen a Dr.? Sounds to me like your having an allergy reaction. I would try Benadryl, that is something you can buy at the store. But, other than that-I would see my Dr. Good luck!
