Itching under the skin?

I have tried hydrocordisone cream but it is still itching, it is on my shoulder blade. This is driving me crazy. what can I do to make it stop. It feels like it is under my skin, i tried scratching but it does not help

Reply:I think you should try cortisone. You can find this at any drug store. Walgreen's, rite aid etc. I had a bad itch one time bc I live by lots of trees and stuff.. My arm is itching like H E double tooth pickS! Hahahah. the itch was completely gone within the hour of using it,.
Reply:It may be nerves. I would see a doctor, as I had similar symptoms and my doctor had the wisdom to send me for an MRI which may have saved my life.
Reply:There's not much you can do. My sister has a similar problem, and she thinks hers is allergy related. Have you noticed any correlation between allergies %26amp; the itching? I would try taking Benedryl, and if that doesn't work, break down, and call your doc.
Reply:An epiphyte infection or maybe you just have hypersusceptibility with some special food just like crabs .. a valium may works. But if you have a life with great stress this may happen to your body. DO NOT "Try leaving it alone and ignoring it " this may disturb your daily work. Try to take more water and you can spill some vinegar one it. Doctors can be a great help if they all don't work. See a doctor.
