Why does my neck's skin keep itching , stingy and tender(pain)?
Could be alot of things. If you're sweating or dehydrated, you could have prickly heat. That will go away once you cool down, hydrate, and let the irritation go away on its own. If you are not, you could be allergic to the soap you washed your clothing in. Or if you wear a necklace, it could be irritating you. I get the same itchy, stinging feeling after I've eaten something i'm allergic to. First figure out if it's something like soap or jewelry, then you may want to talk to a doctor about it.
