Is there a natural remedy for itching skin on my cat?

She itches a lot in certain areas of her body and licks all the fur off in those spots. The itchy areas are not red or moist.

Is there a natural remedy for itching skin on my cat?
are you saying your cat scratches alot? could be as simple as fleas ar something as serious as exima or an alargy how long ago did it start? has anything changed in the household? is your cat nervous? best solution is to check your cats skin and if anything seems irregular take her to the vet.
Reply:I feel so bad for your cat! it probably itches a lot! I don't know about it though.
Reply:she may have a flea allergy, this will make her itchy and pull her fur out. she will need treatment for fleas, you will need to spray your hose, clean all of her bedding as well or buy her new bedding, i would also do her cat carrier after she has been to the vet, he will also give her something to stop the itching, and some cream to put on the moist areas it sounds like she has developed dermatitis in these areas from over liking herself.
Reply:take her to the vet do not trust these people on here u cheap person
Reply:First I would think about switching her food to some other type. If you are feeding a cheep food , try feeding her something more more premium like Innova, Eagle Pack, Wellness, etc etc. There rare many. Iams is not a good food, neither is Eukanuba. My cat had an allergy to all the grain that was in his food, once I switched to one of the super premiums a lot of the skin problems went away. This will greatly improve the health of you cat in every way possible. If you go this route make sure you make the change to their food slowly or your cat might have some issues like vomiting or diarhea. Introduce the new food over about a week and a half.

You also might want to take her to the vet to rule out fleas. They can give her a flea dip to kill any she might have and then a flea collar will help control them from that point on.

If she is taking off all her fur in a spot try using some green apple spray or another bitter tasting spray from a pet store. Most are all natural and one taste of the stuff will keep your cat from licking the spot in the very least.
Reply:Try "Solvadine". It's a liquid you rub on them and it really helps. We used to use it.
Reply:try some e45 cream on your cat that my help your cat from

itchy so much i hope this will help
